Role Description

  • This is a full-time position of Customer Service Administrator role located in Puchong.
  • The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for providing customer support, particularly to provide service quotation to the customer when there is sales inquiry.
  • Preparing service documents to the client, and explaining the services of the company to the client.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer experiences, and effective communication with clients
