IT TECHNICIAN

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

✔️ Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
✔️ Diagnose and repair issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
✔️ Provide technical support for operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and applications.
✔️ Perform regular software updates, security patches, and system backups.
✔️ Monitor and maintain network connections, ensuring smooth connectivity.
✔️ Set up and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
✔️ Ensure IT security measures are in place, including antivirus and firewall configurations.

🔹 Requirements:

🔸 Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
🔸 Strong knowledge of computer hardware, troubleshooting, and repairs.
🔸 Experience with software installation, system updates, and network configurations.
🔸 Familiarity with IT security, backup solutions, and cloud-based technologies.
🔸 Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
🔸 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
🔸 Ability to work independently and in a team.
