Job Description:

- Lead the strategic growth and operations of a retail brand, ensuring alignment with company vision.
- Conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, and oversee sales, customer service, and branch management.
- Set and track KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure a healthy P&L.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and motivation.
- Lead vendor/partner negotiations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain strong industry relationships and represent the business in key engagements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 7–10 years of senior leadership experience in retail or related industries.
- Proven success in market expansion and brand growth.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Financial management expertise, including budgeting and P&L oversight.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
